Who are the good guys?

Quickly looking at the tactical situation, everyone knew the vampires would not be able to defeat the attacking force, and would be wiped out to the last one. The party finally had to decide if they would assist the vampires, the monks, or through inaction, allow the vampires to be destroyed.

Leenia acted first, hoping to arrive at a diplomatic solution. It appeared as if she initially succeeded as fighting halted and Milosh and Colonel Lasick approached each other to talk. It was a ploy by Lasick as he plunged a dagger into Milosh.

Rudy immediately responded as did Ekeraath and Kuppies. Leenia could not bring herself to support the vampires and Alexander was still extremely suspicious of them. It didn't matter. Rudy's Barrage of Blades, Ekeraath's back to back Dragon Breathes and Kuppies Blast wiped a fair amount of the monks out, including Lasick.

With their leaders defeated, Esoh, the 4th person in the chain of command halted the hostilities and promised his men would never return except in peace. He would bring word to his leaders of this rout and hope they would see the light, ending the conflict.
