Completion of a Quest

Walking down the hallway, the heroes found themselves entering the area behind the last piece of the Rod of Death and Rebirth. The room was exactly as it was when they entered, except the wall of fire was gone.

Taking the rod, the party exited the area, encountering a waiting Milosh just outside. When shown the rod, he began to revert to the twisted, perverted, evil creature he was. He realized the coven had been sent there to recover the rod and just seeing it was stirring that ancient command in him. He begged the party to leave.

He quickly led them from the catacombs and as they neared the exit, they heard the sounds of battle, the monks had attacked!
