With Leenia's location in hand, the party returned to Lissandra. Unfortunately, she was unable to help them and referred them to Ramander the Wise. Another Wizard who cataloged portals. However, she did not share that information without cost.

Easily finding Ramander, the deal she presented, wanting to trade Ariel's house(with the portal), for the information, was unacceptable to the party. Ramander typically purchases the property a portal is located on, and then charges an obscene amount to use it.

Thinking quickly, Alexander offered to act as a proxy to purchase several properties that Ramander wanted, but that the owners did not wish to sell to her. The chance to purchase several portals she had been pursuing for quite sometime was enough to entice the information out of her.

The portal was located in the northern most tower of the Shattered Temple.
