Not satisfied with just recovering the hand, Alexander wanted to revenge and to strike at these creatures of evil. In the end, the heroes rested, suited up, and went back to the top of the tower. From there, another Mass Fly brought the heroes far above the structure housing the Great Brain of this Illithid Cadre.
They proceeded to launch everything they had at the ceiling of the cavern, causing it to shatter and crushing the building beneath. They couldn't be positive the great brain was completely destroyed, but if it wasn't it was severely damaged and would take a long time to return to its former self.
With that, the heroes flew back to the tower and Kuppies opened a portal back to the Tower of Wizardry.
