The Birth of White Death

Heading up a corridor, a spiked cylinder came crashing down the hallway, smashing into a couple of the party members. The tunnel ended in a large room where several other tunnels converged to form a large chamber. Using his power of invisibility, Rudy scouted the surrounding area and tunnels, finding only 4 men in the chamber. The party went on the offensive, surprising the enemy and hammering them on the first round.

Rudy quickly dispatched one of the wizards, but wasn't fast enough with the other one who blasted a pair of crates. The first, poured thousands of gold pieces out of it while an air elemental twisted it's way out of the second box, picking up all the gold and creating a whirlwind of golden death that was damaging just to be close to.

The heroes quickly finished off the guards before focusing on the elemental. Everyone was battered and beaten by time the battle was over, but they were victorious. Smashing open the remaining boxes, they found several potions and a pair of rings. I want to give myself some Kudos for having the idea of the elemental and gold pieces and quickly reskinning the living cloudkill to accomplish it.

There were 5 potions. One permanently removed 2 HP, Ekeraath drank that one. Another gave 2 HP. permanently. I believe Rudy grabbed that. Another one took 5 permanant HP away, but granted resist 5 fire(Alexander I think). Another did the same, but with cold(Kuppies?). Finally, a potion of milky whiteness was found. Rudy's curiousity got the best of him and he upended the vial. It immediately bleached his entire body, including his eyes. Permanent changes to his skills were reflected with a -2 to stealth and a +2 to intimidate. God I hope I can write Ford back in...he'll really be impressed with Rudy, now self christened, White Death!
