While waiting there, Rudy and Ford quickly returned to the Poison Apple to check in with Chemosh, Rannos' second in command. They learned the following.

• The recent weapon purchases have been funneled through someone at the Gatehouse
• The Gatehouse is a tower in the Hive that houses and cares for the mad and insane. It is run by a Deva named Cassi.
• If the party can find out who Rannos was going to give the item to, that would probably satisfy the ritual and free them from their oath.
• If the weapon purchaser is someone working at the Gatehouse, it is likely they are using, or planning to use, the weapons for good.
• Whoever Rannos is working for and against, they are both new factions, so there is little more information Chemosh can provide. But both have ample gold to purchase these weapons and put bounties like this on adversaries.
• Chemosh will continue to have his agents collect information.

A history check when they related this information reminded the party that there was a deva named Cassi that ran the hospital in the tent city.
