Where's Rannos

The party had been instructed to deliver the item to Rannos. Alexander remembered that in the tent city, they had dealt with Rannos. He had been running one of the thieves guilds in the city. What was odd, was the item to be delivered was a heavily enchanted weapon designed to slay undead. I used a picture of the scythe from the last season of Buffy.

Entering the delivery location, the party was set upon by 7 wererats. Shortly after the battle began, 2 more wererats dragged Rannos down the stairs and into the sewers below the house.

The encounter in the house was a slug fest, with Ekeraath getting hammered a few times and wererat's regeneration ability keeping them in the fight.

The heroes were eventually able to overcome the wererats and in the pocket of one of them, they found the following note:

Abduct the thief, Rannos. He operates out of The Poison Apple. Once you have him, contact Codrus to arrange a drop off. He can usually be found at The Bull and Bear in the Lower Ward.
