Where in Moil is Leenia?

With the shopping completed and some knowledge of Moil under their belts, the heroes began searching for portals to Moil. They met with Lissandra the Gate Keeper, a woman who collected portal information and made it freely available. Unfortunately, she couldn't help them without more information on her location. She did tell them that it is likely they would find several portals in The Shattered Temple. She them told them this about it:
The Shattered Temple, another prominent structure in the lower ward, stands as a reminder of things that have gone away. Once the site ofan imposing iron temple, today all that remains is a zone of destruction. Not only is the god it was once dedicated to dead and forgotten, hut the faction that held this place as its headquarters fled the city in the aftermath of the Faction War.

She also directed them to Lothar the Old, the Master of Bones. He lives in a cavern under a burnt out building in the Lower Ward. He communes with numerous skulls and can answer most questions, for a price.
