An Ancient Villian

The final teleporter left the heroes in a long hallway lined with statues. At the end of the hallway was a door that could only be opened with 2 people, each one pressing a separate hand print on the wall.

Inside the room was a luxuriously decorated cell. A beautiful woman was imprisoned within. Needing more information, Leenia cast discern lies and the party began to question Damakos. While he was candid with troop information, many of his other questions were not answered as honestly as the party wanted.

Deciding they were done with him, Rudy, Alexander, and Ekeraath took him to the back of the room and beat him as they removed his eye, hand, tongue, and leg.

While that was occurring, Leenia removed the 3rd piece of the rod of death and rebirth, lowering the walls of energy that kept the woman captive. She immediately grabbed Leenia, commanded Damakos to join her, and teleported the three of them away.

They learned the woman was named Osterneth.
