Visiting the Hospital

Following up on the clue regarding the hospital gown, and some additional information provided by Leenia, the party started the next day with a trip to the

makeshift hospital, to meet with Cassi, the Leader there. As they arrived, Leenia and her guests were treated with the utmost respect. It was obvious Leenia had helped many and earned the respect of everyone there. Casi was extremely busy, but did take the time to meet with the group.

Her accent was very difficult to understand. She is from Sigil, the City of Doors. A demi plane near the astral sea, which holds portals to almost anywhere.

She volunteered that she and Serbahn did not get along at all. He constantly harassed and threatened her about the treatment his people received. He

believed they should have been first in line for treatment, even for minor injuries.

Other than that, she had little more to offer other than that Roduka often visited the Shadar Kai wounded and would stay long enough that she was offered a

cot in the rest area. Upon further investigation, it was next to the one Leenia occasionally used. Finally, Roduka, like all guests, had been equipped with

a gown.

The next logical stop, was the rest area and once there, they quickly found another clue. A needle, similar to the one found with the poison, was located

between Leenia's and Roduka's cots.

Taking a couple minutes more, the party thought it worth talking with some other hospital staff about Cassi. Leenia quickly struck up a conversation with

Al, a young man, clearly smitten with her.

After a little conversation, little was learned other than Cassi was extremely well respected for both her ability to heal and to deal with all the different

races. It was pointed out that she is a very private person and returns to her own tent, nightly, alone. She did not have an alibi for the night of the

murder.
