An Ethical Dilemna

Knowing this was the easiest offer they had received so far, Alexander and Kuppies were ready to get it done. Leenia was not. She could not, in good conscience, raise someone from the dead, that she didn't know anything about. He could be a wretched, evil killer, or a rapist and thief.

After a fair amount of debate, they returned to the Fallen Maiden and asked Razor if Leenia could cast a Speak with Dead ritual on his friend to determine if he was worthy of being raised. Razor agreed. He led them through several alleys, basements, etc and soon arrived at a small, basement, apartment. The corpse of a deep gnome was resting on a bed in the corner. It was pretty beat up.

Leenia began her ritual and was able to ask 3 questions. In the end, it was determined that the gnome was not evil, nor was he good. He did what was required to survive. Leenia attempted to renegotiate the deal, asking for all the documents up front and insisting that Razor and the gnome go on to lead "good" lives. In the meantime, Rudy and Ford spoke with Tiny to see if he could corroborate what Razor and the gnome had told them. Things checked out for the most part.

Razor said the deal was the deal and would not renegotiate.
