Returning to the Bull and Bear, the party waited another 30 minutes before Codrus and his cronies arrived. After bullying the locals, Codrus set his sights on Leenia and began trying to impress her. In return, Alexander kept sending him the strongest drink he could.
Eventually, Ekeraath and Codrus bumped into each other and had to step outside to handle things like men. The resulting fight was a slugfest. Fortunately for Ekeraath, the stupid DM missed the fine print about flanking giving the minotaurs +2d6 on damage. When Ekeraath took 3 blows in 1 round for 71 points of damage, the +6d6 would surely have left him unconscious in the street.
Rudy was able to sneak around the street and deal some serious backstab damage while Leenia distracted Codrus before being attacked by one of his henchmen.
In the end, the party prevailed and set about interrogating Codrus, which is where we will start next session.
