After witnessing the gruesome deaths of the remaining Dragonborn, the party followed the zombies through the night and into the next day before arriving at a cave. Watching them from afar, they saw the zombies enter the cave and a flash of light a moment later.
Cautiously advancing on the cave, there was a howl and werewolf lord they had left behind came bounding over the hill and attacked the party. Following him were several additional werewolves and wereserpents.
For all the might the creatures brought with them, the party would not be denied the knowledge of what was in the cave. And while the battle heated, the party prevailed with minimal injuries.
