Following the vague directions from Dara, the party continued into the forest, hoping to either find the dragonborn camp, or encounter a patrol that could take them in. Fortune was once again on their side, and after 1/2 a day, they realized they were being pursued by a patrol. Making contact, they were escorted to the Dragonborn Village, to meet the Scion.
After a brief wait, the party met with the Scion, and a skill challenge ensued.
After several bad rolls, and a little leniency by the DM, the party managed to convince the Scion they were not hostile and should be trusted. He dismissed them for the night.
The next morning, they were once again summoned to meet with Scion Nadarr. Swearing them to secrecy, he informed them he intended to attack in 5 days. In addition, he showed them a location on the map where most of his patrols have been ambushed. Finally, he provided Torinn to accompany the party most of the 1/2 day journey.
